From refreshed branding to expanded services, and now the formal build-out of our executive leadership team, Canopii is evolving into a premier partner for end-to-end Payer/Provider integration.
Our rebranding efforts reflect the clarity of our purpose: providing a canopy of support that empowers payers and providers to work more collaboratively, deliver better outcomes, and operate more efficiently. As part of this evolution, we’re thrilled to introduce three leaders who are helping shape the next phase of our journey—Wen Guo and Ryan Prosio.
Alongside Brent Benner, Founder & President, this leadership team brings decades of experience in operations, Epic consulting, and talent strategy—all rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare organizations today.
Ryan Prosio – Chief Talent Officer
Joined Canopii in October 2024
With over 16 years in healthcare IT and Epic recruiting, Ryan leads Canopii’s talent strategy and consultant development initiatives. He’s successfully placed hundreds of Epic-certified professionals and built two Epic-focused divisions. In addition to talent acquisition, Ryan is improving internal operational efficiencies that support consultant management, onboarding, and managed services. His industry experience and people-first approach help ensure we’re scaling with the right talent, systems, and strategies in place.
Wen Guo – Operations Manager
Joined Canopii in February 2025
Wen brings 10 years of operations experience and a data-driven approach to Canopii’s internal strategy. Using a tech-forward approach, he specializes in building scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and identifying automation opportunities to boost productivity across teams. Wen is focused on strengthening our operational foundation—streamlining processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting long-term growth. His work ensures the Canopii team has the tools and clarity they need to focus on delivering exceptional client results.
