We are thrilled to announce that Steve Weichhand is joining Canopii as our Chief Growth Officer!
Steve started his career at Epic from 2008-2011 and has since amassed over 15 years of healthcare IT experience. He has a deep understanding of how to drive sustainable growth, build meaningful partnerships, and lead with a people-centered focus. His impressive background includes his recent role as Vice President of Client Partnerships at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where he spearheaded efforts focused on enhancing the customer experience and creating long-term value across a wide array of strategic initiatives.
At Canopii, Steve will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy. His role will focus on expanding the reach and impact of our Epic consulting services, while also strengthening relationships with our current and future partners. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to have someone with such a strong track record and values-driven leadership style joining our mission.
Steve’s career has been defined not only by his strategic vision but also by his commitment to talent development and fostering teams that thrive. This makes him a perfect fit for Canopii as we scale with intention, ensuring that both our clients and internal teams remain at the heart of everything we do.

Outside of work, Steve lives in southwest Florida with his wife and their three boys. He’s an avid fan of the outdoors and enjoys running, being near the water, and spending quality time with his family.
Steve will formally enter his new role at the end of the month, so you can expect to hear from him not long after as he begins to connect with our community and partners. We’re incredibly excited for the experience, energy, and perspective he will bring to this next phase of Canopii’s journey.
